अब मुझे अकेला रहना

अच्छा लगने लगा है।

न किसी से कोई शिकायत,

न किसी का झूठा दिलासा,

और न ही किसी के वादे।

मैं अब बस गुम हो गया हूँ

अपने बनाए हुए रास्तों में।

ख़ैर, ये रास्ते मुझे कहाँ ले जाएँगे,

मुझे खुद भी नहीं पता।

मगर मेरे अंदर एक उम्मीद है—

मेरे बनाए हुए रास्ते

मुझे कहीं न कहीं जरूर ले जाएँगे।
